Shipping Information
Made-to-Order Production
At Urban Weave, we use a made-to-order production model to eliminate waste and ensure the highest quality. Each piece is crafted specifically for you after you place your order.
Production Timeline: 1-2 weeks
Shipping Time: 3-7 business days (domestic U.S.)
Total Delivery Time: Approximately 3-4 weeks from order date
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Free Standard Shipping: (3-7 business days after production)
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (2-3 business days after production)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping coming soon!
Returns & Exchanges
Our Policy
We want you to love your Urban Weave pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery.
Eligible Returns
Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned within 30 days after delivery
- In original packaging (if possible)
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Email us at castro.antonio@urbanweave.net with your order number and reason for return/exchange
Step 2: We'll send you a return authorization and instructions
Step 3: Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color (subject to availability). Since our items are made-to-order, exchanges may require an additional 2-3 weeks for production.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at castro.antonio@urbanweave.net with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
